El entrenamiento brinda el conocimiento fundamental\, las hablidades\, las capacidades\, y los valores para dotar a las personas para estar empleado en el estado de Pensilvania. Un CPS está dispuesto a identificarse con una enfermedad mental grave (y puede que tenga un trastorno concurrente por consumo de sustancias). DESCRIPTION:HeadsUp Presents: This workshop series will present an overview of Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills and their application as they pertain to engagement with individuals experiencing early psychosis. Sessions will focus on listening and engagement skills that can improve client engagement and progress through focusing conversations\, evoking change talk\, and introducing planning. Attendance at all eight (8) sessions of the cohort is required\, as well as the completion\, submission\, and processing of four (4) recorded practices of the skills. This session will focus on strengths-based engagement skills and practice with both simple and complex affirmations. \nObjectives:\nDescribe strategies for strengths-based engagement skills.\nIdentify and practice simple affirmations.\nIdentify and practice complex affirmations.\nIntended Audience: All staff are encouraged to attend. \n  \nREGISTER HERE.
