DESCRIPTION:Mental Health Partnerships Presents: Certification Training is a 75-hour training\, delivered live (in-person) over 10 training days. The training provides foundational knowledge\, skills and values that equip individuals to work as Peer Supporters in the state of Pennsylvania. A CPS is willing to self-identify as having a serious behavioral health disorder (mental and/or addiction illness ). A CPS supports others in their recovery process\, builds mutual trust\, shares experiences\, learns about the recovery process\, and moves toward a more meaningful life in the community. \nSponsored by DBHIDS \nREGISTER HERE.
