Sessions will focus on listening and engagement skills that can improve client engagement and progress through focusing conversations\, evoking change talk\, and introducing planning. Attendance at all eight (8) sessions of the cohort is required\, as well as the completion\, submission\, and processing of four (4) recorded practices of the skills.
