Talking With Voices: A Survivor-Informed Dialogical Approach to Working with Distressing Voices

ISPS-US Presents: Historically, mental health services have dissuaded voice hearers from talking to or engaging with their voices, instead favoring distraction or suppression techniques. Many voice hearers, however, have pushed back on this approach and developed ways to talk and relate to their voices.
