Addressing Early Psychosis Needs in Rural America: What We’ve Learned from States in the Rural Early Psychosis Learning Collaborative

PEPPNET Presents: This webinar will summarize rural early psychosis care models and implementation approaches gleaned from the two-year Rural Early Psychosis Learning Collaborative. This group has representation from over 20 states and national collaborators from NASMHPD, NASMHPD Research Institute (NRI), and the Psychosis-Risk and Early Psychosis Program Network (PEPPNET).

Topics will include:
Common approaches to identifying local needs related to early psychosis care
Engagement and education of collaborating and adjacent service systems
Coordinated specialty care (CSC) adaptations, including hub-and-spoke models and expanded admission criteria;
Financing approaches; and
Two state spotlights: Ohio’s and Minnesota’s approaches to addressing rural early psychosis needs
