Define Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and differentiate it from Trauma-Focused DBT (TF-DBT).
Identify three goals of TF-DBT and explain its use including its core principles and how it supports clients in processing and managing trauma-related symptoms.
Demonstrate proficiency in at least five DBT skills and apply them effectively in therapeutic settings to support clients dealing with trauma.
