For individuals who have had prior MI training and want to hone their skills, we will jump right into the deeper use of spirit and OARS strategies to identify and evoke change talk. This is a smaller group format to allow for multiple guided practice opportunities. Curriculum pace and flow is intentionally designed to maximize engagement and interaction in a virtual environment.
