Self-Care Practices for Professionals in the Behavioral Health

CE ATTC Presents: This webinar will focus on to educating and empowering individuals to prioritize their mental and physical well-being through practical self-care strategies. It will provide participants with actionable insights and tools to incorporate self-care into their daily routines, ultimately improving their overall health and resilience. By offering a structured approach to self-care, the goal is to help participants manage stress, prevent burnout, and enhance their quality of life. This event seeks to foster a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care in maintaining balance and overall mental health.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Understanding Self-Care: Participants will be able to describe what self-care is, including its various dimensions (physical, emotional, mental, and social), and why it is essential for maintaining overall well-being.

Developing a Self-Care Plan: Participants will be guided in creating a personalized self-care plan that incorporates practical strategies and routines to address their specific needs.
